Repairs include, but are not limited to:


  • Brake Bleeding

    Are your hydraulic brakes feeling squishy or lack the bite they once had? Getting rid of air in the system and replenishing the brake fluid will bring back the stopping power. See more>

  • Wheel true

    Wobbly wheels? Spoke tension checked and broken spokes replaced as necessary. Wheel brought back to true (running straight with even spoke tension). See more>


  • Chain replacement/repair

    A snapped chain renders your bike almost useless. Let’s get it linked back up to get you pedalling again. See more>

  • Tubeless setup

    Absolutely essential for riding off-road. The best way to avoid punctures and gain extra grip or comfort from being able to run lower tyre pressures. Using the highest quality, use specific, tubeless supplies from Muc-Off. See more >

  • Hub service

    Bearings replaced in wheels to ensure they are running smooth and with zero play. See more>

  • Diagnosis

    Not sure what’s up? Here’s a great place to start. Bike will be fully assessed to establish what the problem may be and a quote given to rectify any issues. eBikes will be connected to diagnostic software to assess any error codes present on your bike. See more >

  • Safety check

    your safety check is a once over checking the torque of all bolts with a few adjustments to ensure your bike is safe to ride. Can easily be upgraded to any of the service packages. 


  • Basic

    Perfect if your bike has been sat still over winter or just isn’t quite feeling how it should. Includes fitting/replacement of small parts such as brake pads, cables or tyres/tubes. (Parts not included in price). See more>


  • Full strip down

    Bike is taken down to its base components. Grease and lubricant added everywhere it needs to be. Your bike will feel like new. See more>


  • Suspension

    Lower leg and air can services are recommended every 50 hours or annually. Oil changed, seals and foam rings cleaned and replaced as necessary. Super plush. 

    Dropper rebuild possible on select models to reduce sticky motion and increase longevity of post. See more>

  • Payment link sent

    I send you a link to make the payment for the work to be carried out.

5.

  • I come to fix your bike

    Service work will be carried out in my fully equipped, mobile workshop. If the service can't be completed on that day a service will be booked in again for a couple of days time to allow parts to arrive - I carry a lot of standard spares but due to size limitations, I can't hold everything.

  • Review & book a time

    I'll get back to you to arrange a time that suits you for the visit, prepared to fix your bike.

  • Confirmation of visit

    I confirm the visit, with any details needed to make sure I can gain access, and complete the job.

6.

  • You send final payment

    Any additional payment for the service can be made with a card reader and you're back on the road, hassle-free, without even having to leave home.

I'll get back to you to arrange a time that suits you for the visit, prepared to fix your bike.

Payment link sent

I send you a link to make the payment upon completion of the work carried out.

I confirm the visit, with any details needed to make sure I can gain access, and complete the job.

5.

I come to fix your bike

If can’t be completed on that day, parts will be ordered and service booked in again for a couple of days time to allow parts to arrive.

6.

You send final payment

You send the payment for the service and you're back on the road, hassle-free, without even having to leave your home.
